Missed appointments and late cancelations not only effect your own progress but can also cause inconvenience for other patients who are desperate to see their chiropractor but couldn't get an appointment.
Please give the clinic 24 hours notice, so that we can offer the appointment to another patient.
We recognise that situations arise where this is not possible, however, we reserve the right to charge for the missed appointment or late cancellation.
